Estos seminarios están conjuntamente patrocinados por ambas instituciones, y su organización recae en la Dra. Ana María Martirena Mantel. Se tratan temas más específicamente académicos de economía, basados en textos que se imprimen y reparten entre los participantes, que incluyen académicos de otras instituciones del país y del extranjero.
